This is definitely the most asked question we get. It comes down to what services are required, the size of the property and how quickly you need the job completed. The quicker the job needs to be done the more people that need to work on it to ensure a fast turn around. You should expect to pay between $500 -$3000 + GST for a bond clean. If you require pressure washing, external facade cleaning, carpet cleaning, bin cleaning etc… they will incur extra costs.

Provided the house is empty and its not a furnished house bond clean, pretty much the entire inside of the house is cleaned. However, unless agreed upon before commencement of works Arctic Fox Cleaning do not include venetian blinds, roller blinds or carpets in their quotes. These incur extra fees and will be added to your invoice.

Yes we do! With bond cleans and deep cleans we will come back and fix anything you are unhappy with (within reason) within 7 days of the completion of works. Your property manager has 7 days to attend the property after we finish cleaning and supply us with an exit report including any call backs should there be any. With carpet cleaning if you are unhappy with the result, we will come back within 2 days and go over the carpets again, but stain removal is not guaranteed!

No, but if a job needs to be done in a specific timeframe and more people need to be added to get it done, the cost will reflect this.

Yes, Arctic Fox Cleaning have active Public Liability Insurance that covers any major damage that occurs at our hands.

We certainly do! We have all our ;own products and equipment. If you would like specific products used, please let us know and we will try and accommodate the request.

Yes! Arctic Fox Cleaning offer AfterPay!

We require 2-3 weeks notice in most cases, however, we always try and accommodate people and will try and move stuff around to fit you in.
