Terms and Conditions for Cleaning Services with 7-Day Turnaround
**1. Service Agreement:**
1.1 By engaging the services of Arctic Fox Cleaning you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
**2. Scope of Services:**
2.1Arctic Fox Cleaning will provide professional cleaning services as specified in the agreed-upon quotation.
2.2 The standard turnaround time for our services is 7 days, unless otherwise specified in writing.
**3. Scheduling:**
3.1 Clients must provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations to scheduled services.
3.2 Arctic Fox Cleaning will make reasonable efforts to accommodate specific scheduling requests, subject to availability.
**4. Pricing and Payment:**
4.1 The client agrees to the pricing outlined in the provided quotation.
4.2 Payment is due upon completion of services, and late payments may incur additional charges.
4.3 Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date are subject to a late payment fee of $250
**5. Quality Assurance:**
5.1 Arctic Fox Cleaning strives to deliver high-quality cleaning services.
5.2 If the client is dissatisfied with the service, they must notify Arctic Fox Cleaning within 24 hours of completion for resolution.
5.3 Arctic Fox Cleaning back their work for 7 days. Property Managers and tenants have 7 days to complete their exit report and request any call backs. Extra charges will be incurred if Arctic Fox Cleaning have to return after the 7 day period
**6. Access and Security:**
6.1 The client must provide access to the premises at the agreed-upon time.
6.2 Arctic Fox Cleaning will take reasonable measures to ensure the security of the client’s property during service.
**7. Liability:**
7.1 Arctic Fox Cleaning is not liable for any damages caused by pre-existing conditions, improper installation, or client negligence.
7.2 Arctic Fox Cleaning] is insured and will be responsible for damages caused by our negligence, up to the coverage limit of our insurance policy.
**8. Confidentiality:**
8.1 Arctic Fox Cleaning respects client confidentiality and will not disclose any sensitive information obtained during the provision of services.
**9. Termination of Services:**
9.1 Either party may terminate services with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of this agreement.
9.2 Upon termination, the client is responsible for the payment of services rendered up to the termination date.
**10. Force Majeure:**
10.1 Arctic Fox Cleaning is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
**11. Governing Law:**
11.1 This agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mackay and Isaac Region.
**12. Amendments:**
12.1 Arctic Fox Cleaning reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions with notice to the client.
By engaging in business with Arctic Fox Cleaning, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
